- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife and I decided a credit union would benefit our personal and business finances more so than our current TN bank so I called Cornerstone Financial on Monday morning around 10am and had to leave a message for the person in charge of setting up new business accounts. It's Wednesday and I've not heard from anyone. The reason I wanted to switch to a credit union was supposedly the customer service is leaps and bounds above traditional banking institutions but three days no return call to a potential new client sure doesn't give a good impression.By V Blackburn, May 25, 2017
